ParkVIP launched to solve one of the most frustrating moments in retail and entertainment: circling for parking before a movie or shopping trip. With growing demand around destinations like CityCentre and Star Cinema Grill, the team needed a digital-first experience that could guarantee spaces, reduce congestion, and make arrival feel premium. Epikta helped define and communicate that value clearly, transforming the product story from "parking" into "peace of mind before you even step inside."

Our team mapped the end-to-end user journey, from selecting a business and choosing a location to reserving a spot and entering the lot.
